Governor of Alexandria Attends Graduation Ceremony of 16th batch of the University of Sangour
 
13 May 2019 Dr Abd El Aziz Qonsowa, Governor of Alexandria, accompanied by Dr Khaled Abd El Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Ms Louise Mochikwabo, Secretary General of Francophonie, attended the graduation ceremony of the sixteenth edition of the University of Sangour in Alexandria at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The governor expressed his pleasure to have the University of Sangour on the land of Alexandria, which is a French-language university, offering postgraduate studies in the fields of business administration, architecture, health, culture and other fields. He also praised its role in promoting cooperation between Alexandria and all African countries, and strengthening the ties and links between the Francophone countries, as well as its key role in the preparation of human cadres distinct to the development of Africa in the future. On the sidelines of the ceremony, they discussed how to strengthen relations in the various fields of cooperation and reviewed some projects through which cooperation between the two sides could take place.
