This was in the presence of Mr. Mazyad bin Muhammad Al-Huwaishan , Consul General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, President of Alexandria University , a number of members of the House of Representatives and Senate , and a group of leaders , public figures , and members of the diplomatic corps .
