In conjunction with the celebrations of Alexandria’s 70th National Day, Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, inaugurated this morning the Arab Bodybuilding Championship with the participation of 15 Arab countries, in its twenty-second edition for men, the eighteenth for youth, and the second for physical and classic physique. 🔻 In the presence of Dr. Rafael Santonga, President of the International Federation of Bodybuilding, Dr. Adel Fahim, President of the Egyptian, Arab and African Federation of Bodybuilding and First Vice President of the International Federation, and many heads of Arab delegations. And in his word; The Governor of Alexandria thanked the Egyptian and Arab Federation for Bodybuilding for his keenness to hold this championship in conjunction with the celebrations of the National Day of Alexandria Governorate. Al-Sharif stressed that Alexandria has always been a pioneer in receiving and hosting international sporting events. Pointing out that the governorate is keen to provide full support and care to conduct these events and activities in a proper and honorable manner before the world, which befits it as a bride to the Mediterranean.
