In conjunction with the June 30 celebrations, Major General Mohamed El Sherif, Governor of Alexandria, inaugurated today the first beach for the blind in the Republic, after allocating a space for it at the People of Determination Beach in Mandara. It comes within the framework of the political leadership's directives to provide the best services and care for people of determination. 🔻 This came in the presence of Major General Gamal Rashad, head of the Central Department of Tourism and Resorts in the governorate, Professor Hoda Abu Kalila, head of the second Montazah neighborhood, and Mr. Hassan Abdel Qader, President of the Alexandria Association for the Blind. And in his word; The governor welcomed his blind children, congratulating them and expressing his happiness and pride in being among them. He explained that the opening of a beach for the blind today, which is the first beach dedicated to the blind in the Republic, comes as a continuation of the efforts made by the Alexandria Governorate in order to provide the best services for people of determination in order to achieve the principle of community integration and create a decent life for them, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Republic. 🔻 The governor stressed that under the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, the executive bodies in the governorate are keen to provide full support and care for their children of determination, in all areas, to overcome all services and provide all their needs, in addition to holding many events and celebrations to bring joy.
