Dr Abd El Aziz Qanswa , Governor of Alexandria received Charles Sultana, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to discuss ways of cooperation and strengthening relations between the two sides in various fields and at all levels. Initially, the Governor welcomed the Ambassador of Malta to Alexandria stressing that thete are many common factors between Alexandria and Malta due to their nature as coastal cities overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and that would contribute to establishing brotherhood agreements between them.
