Dr Abd El-Aziz Qonsowa, Governor of Alexandria inaugurated the 10th International Mediterranean Offshore Conference “MOC 2019”, which is held during 15_17 October under the patronage of H.E.Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The Governor expressed his great pleasure to host this important conference in Alexandria , which is a platform for identifying investment opportunities in the petroleum sector, as well as strengthening cooperation between the Mediterranean countries participating in the conference and Exibition . He stressed that Alexandria is one of the Mediterranean cities that have many elements that make it a leader in this field, especially qualified the manpower and universities that include a selection of specialized professors.It is worth mentioning that this year's conference under the slogan "Egypt: Connecting the Two Shores of the Mediterranean" with the aim of encouraging regional cooperation in the development of oil and gas industry.
