Ibrahim Mahlab and Hani Al-Messeiri, Governor of Alexandria,pay a sudden visit to Smouha Emergency University Hospital, to follow-up the hospital performance and identify the most significant problems. During the visit, Mahlab and Al-Messeiri listened to complaints of citizens at the hospital, directing officials to work for the benefit of citizens, given that such hospitals must compete with other major enterprises in the market, as underperformance shall not be tolerated. Mahlab and Al-Messeiri were joined by Dr. So’ad Al-Khouly, Deputy Governor of Alexandria, Dr. Magdy Hegazy, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health at Alexandria, Dr. Roshdy Zahran, President of Alexandria University, Manager of the hospital, medical doctors, and hospital staff.
