Dr Abd El Aziz Qonsowa, Governor of Alexandria, accompanied by Dr Hisham Arafat, Minister of Transport, Mr Mohab Mamesh, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority and Chairman of the General Organization of Economic Organizations, and Dr Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport participated in the 90 batch of graduates of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.The Governor congratulated all graduates and their families and expressed his happiness and pride in participating in this graduation as all graduates are the future of Egypt and would always be honorable representatives of their countries and leaders of the future.
