Dr. Mohamed Sultan, Governor of Alexandria, participated n the celebration organized by El-Amal Village Association to celebrate the International Day of the Disabled, which was held at the Olympic Club under the theme of "Hearts Love You" under the auspices of Alexandria Governorate in collaboration with Ministry of Social Solidarity.The Governor started the celebration by expressing his pleasure to participate in this significant celebration which represents purity and humanity. He asserted that all governmental institutions are keen on supporting and helping the disabled especially after the presidential declaration to set year 2018 as the year of disabled. The Governor confirmed that the state is determined to integrate all the disabled into societies and communities and that the first step is to change the culture of people and their way of thinking about the disabled.He added that this year would be a major breakthrough in the path of access for persons with disabilities in Egypt to the full rights.
